SWOOPING on the club’s first piece of Southern Football league silverware, Endeavour Hills soared away with the SFL Division 3 Reserves premiership.
After a horror 2014 – where the Falcons only sang the song once – the transformation in 2015 has been nothing short of incredible.
Endeavour Hills only conceded two losses throughout the regular season, with coaches Marco Zulian and Steve Muscat the architects of the sensational turnaround.
Endeavour Hills had to fight its way back into the clash, after trailing by 12 at the final break. What transpired was nothing short of incredible.
A six-goal barrage in the last term – led by Jackson Volkoff and Nathan Crutchley (three goals each) helped seal the deal and give the Falcons some immense bragging rights after the 11.6 (72) to 7.12 (54) victory.
Robbie Cooper was named the best on ground medallist to cap off the Endeavour Hills celebrations while Josh Graham, Jason Krieg and Tom Carr-Lehne also excelled on the big stage.
The club wanted to thank the coaches, players, trainers – Noel, Arthur, Colin, Carlie and Joel – as well as all the supporters for getting behind the Falcons this season. It was Endeavour Hills Football Club’s first premiership since it was founded in 2011.
