Party brawl – teen charged

POLICE have charged a Narre Warren South teenager after a brawl at a party in April.
The 19-year-old man is charged with intentionally causing serious injury and other assault-related offences after the bust up at a 16th birthday party on Sunday, 22 April outside the Narre Warren Mechanics Institute Hall on Webb Street.
A 23-year-old Cranbourne man suffered head injuries at the party and was transported to Casey Hospital where he required 12 stitches to his head.
Police are continuing their investigation and would like anyone with information about the assault to contact them on 9705 3114.
