Up close and personal fitness

MS Fitt Personal Training is all about fitness, health and feeling good.
Lindy Noe is a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor who has been in the industry for five years.
She works from home part time with clients in her studio, focussing on individual needs to promote weight loss, fitness and toning.
Lindy said that she had found that her clients enjoy a variety of training with a combination of indoor and outdoor sessions.
“Berwick is a beautiful area to train in; you have the trees and hills that can add beauty to a session when you’re putting in the hard work,” she said.
Lindy has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies and 10 years’ experience working with young children.
“I find having the skills to work with young adults and children a real advantage as I am able to combine my knowledge of working with young people and my fitness experience and skills to give my clients the best possible programs to suit their goals, whether young or old,” she said.
“I am also interested in working with teens. I am really big on building self-esteem as I feel that this is one of the most important beliefs necessary for children and young adults to reach their full potential.
“It’s not about how thin you can be; it’s about how good you feel about yourself.”
