STUDENTS at an Endeavour Hills school are certainly very worldly.
The grade three and four students at Southern Cross Primary School have been taking part in weekly foreign language activities all year as part of a special program called Languages and Culture.
“The children in my class represent 20 different countries which is quite exciting,” teacher Andree Rodwell said.
“The children are learning a variety of languages and cultures which correspond with each country.
“At present we are studying French and children are learning to count in French as well as gaining a cultural knowledge about the country.”
