STUDENTS at Southern Cross Primary School jumped to their heart’s content last Thursday in a bid to raise funds for heart disease.
Led by sport teacher Kylie Dowling, the Jump Rope for Heart fundraising event helped students learn different skipping skills while raising funds for the Heart Foundation.
Students were placed into mixed-age groups and rotated every five minutes through 15 different skipping activities.
Sponsorship forms were sent home with all students at the Endeavour Hills school.
