THE creative talents of more than 100 Narre Warren South students will go on public display tomorrow (Friday) night with local residents invited to come and view a range of artistic works.
Year nine and 10 students at Narre Warren South P-12 College will display a broad variety of creative pieces as well as dance and musical performances and showing short films.
Art teacher Mark Quigley said the event was held last year at the Old Cheese Factory in Berwick but had grown so large the organisers had decided to move the exhibition back to the school.
Mr Quigley said the evening would showcase about five short films produced by students as well as a range of paintings, sculptures and two-dimensional art.
He said the exhibition was the culmination of a whole term’s worth of work and metal, music, dance and art teachers from the school had worked alongside students to organise the exhibition.
The evening runs from 6pm to 8.30pm in the B-Block building at Narre Warren South P-12 College located on the corner of Ormond Road and Amberley Park Drive.
