Natural way to better health

A naturopath and CPA, Gillian runs the Berwick Natural Healing Centre.A naturopath and CPA, Gillian runs the Berwick Natural Healing Centre.

THE Berwick Natural Healing Centre is run by Gillian who recently moved to the beautiful Chase Estate in Berwick.
A fully qualified naturopath, Gillian has successfully operated her Naturopathic Practice since 1993 and has earned the accolade of Fellow of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association).
Gillian says that while her emphasis is on herbal medicine, dietary advice and counselling play an important role in her work and she likes to think of her clinic as a ‘onestop’ health improvement centre for body, mind and spirit.
With this in mind, she also conducts gentle exercise and relaxation classes.
Halfday workshops are also on the agenda and these cover a variety of topics aimed at enhancing attitude and performance.
Gillian is also a trained hydrotherapy leader and has served her community on behalf of the Arthritis Foundation.
Specialising in the management of stress and its associated diseases, Gillian has given many lunchtime briefings and talks to accountancy discussion groups at corporate level, on behalf of CPA Australia, speaking on topics ranging from leadership skills to those closely related to her health practice.
Gillian has had a very close link with CPA Australia where she is also recognised as a Fellow CPA and has served on one of its committees for several years.
Reaching the peak of both professions gave Gillian the sense of balance that is at the heart of natural therapy.
She now concentrates mainly on the latter and treats patients with a wide variety of ailments.
Consultation is by appointment only, phone 8786 8449.
