NARRE WARREN North resident Suzie Peatling dressed for success last week and won the Fashions on the Field contest at Pakenham Oaks Day.
Suzie went with the traditional black and white race-day look in a polka dot pattern with a stylish black hat complementing the outfit.
Her effort certainly caught the attention of the three judges who selected her on top of more than 150 other entrants.
The glorious sunshine allowed the women to dress with a summer touch and also made sure the hat many competitors donned was not just a fashion accessory.
Suzie said the dress, which was first worn by her mother 20 years ago, was found in a cupboard by her young daughter.
“I feel like Pretty Woman,” she said.
Oh, Pretty Woman!
