THE Pakenham train line is one of the worst crowded in the state. The Department of Transport’s latest load standards survey has confirmed that Casey public transport commuters are still suffering with overcrowding on trains. The survey found the most crowded sections were between Pakenham and Hallam, and that trains were often overcrowded as late as 10pm.
