YOUNG people in Narre Warren North with an enthusiasm and passion for cultural and religious diversity can apply for a place on the Multifaith Multicultural Youth Network.
The Multifaith Multicultural Youth Network is voluntary and represents culturally, linguistically and religiously diverse young people across the state.
The members, aged between 16 and 25, meet four to six times a year and have the opportunity to develop skills in leadership and communication.
They can also inform the government about key issues and develop youth-led projects to respond to the issues raised.
The Victorian Multicultural Commission’s selection process will seek young people that have diverse background or experience, established links within the community, and time to commit.
Applications close 16 August.
