AUSTRALIA Day festivities were a huge hit at Berwick on Saturday.
The Rotary Club of Berwick, with support from the City of Casey, presented a celebration featuring Australiana performances, children’s activities, flag raising ceremony, school art display, food stalls, whip-cracking, sack races and and egg-and-spoon competition.
There were also CFA, SES and Victoria Police displays, a car and vintage machinery display, wood working display, and Cobb and Co. horse and carriage rides.
