A SEMI-trailer was left in a peculiar position after the driver lost control on Clyde Road due to a substance on the road.
The cabin had jack-knifed and was almost parallel with the trailer at the intersection of Clyde Road, Moondarra Drive and Meadowlands Way, about 11.45am on Thursday 26 November.
The driver was travelling east and the twisted cabin was turned toward the right turning lane.
A spokeswoman from the Narre Warren Police Station said another woman had phoned the station regarding the unsafe substance.
“The caller said her car had basically done the same thing as the truck, but VicRoads was notified and it’s been cleaned up,” she said.
