BERWICK’S Chisholm Institute of TAFE will receive $196,000 as part of a $20 million State Government package to improve facilities and equipment at TAFE colleges.
The funding, announced by Narre Warren South MP Judith Graley last week, will go towards the Technical Education Centre at the Kangan Drive campus.
“This funding will further support the vital work of TAFEs to address the current and future skills needs of Victorians,” Ms Graley said.
“A prosperous economy requires a highly skilled workforce and I am rapt that the government continues to invest in the TAFE sector.
“Chisholm Institute provides vital and innovative training for people throughout the south-east of Melbourne.”
