Right: Berwick resident Lisa McEwan picked up a copy of 4 Ingredients after becoming inspired by author Kim McCosker at Coles in Westfield Fountain Gate last week 60429
SHOPPERS at Westfield Fountain Gate had a tasty treat last week when a best selling cookbook author made a special visit.
Kim McCosker, who has written numerous 4 Ingredients cookbooks with Rachael Bermingham, attended Coles at Westfield Fountain Gate on Thursday last week.
She created a few recipes from her cookbook, including San Chow Bow, which she made with only four ingredients including some from the Gourmet Garden range.
Hungry shoppers tried the food, asked questions and purchased the book.
If shoppers bought two Gourmet Garden products, they got the popular cookbook for free.
Kim McCosker told the crowd, which gathered around her mobile kitchen, that flavour was always the most important ingredient when cooking.
4 Ingredients is the bestselling cookbook in Australia, with over two millions copies sold.
