POLICE have arrested and charged three men, including a Narre Warren man, after conducting an operation into drug manufacturing and trafficking.
As part of Operation Matador, a number of warrants were executed Tuesday in Maribyr-nong, Ascot Vale, Narre Warren, Maidstone and Altona.
Aiden Khodher from Maribyrnong and Wisam Dinah from Narre Warren faced an out-of-sessions court hearing Tuesday night, and were remanded to face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning (Wednesday).
Both men were charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a drug of dependence, possessing precursor chemicals, possessing tablet press and other drug-related charges.
A Maidstone man, 26, was charged with possession of a drug of dependence and other drug-related offences, and later bailed.
An Altona man, 25, was released pending further inquiries.
