IT’S no secret that people are struggling.
In the past 12 months Casey North Community Information and Support
Service (CNCISS) has provided support to over 1900 households with the
bare necessities including food and health needs.
Part of what they do is provide food parcels for families who are
struggling to make ends meet.
The newly formed Rotary Club of Casey believes the best way of
achieving its commitment to the community is by supporting existing
organisations that work tirelessly to meet the needs of local
residents.
This is why the Rotary Club has conducted a food drive to assist
families through the cold winter.
CNCISS manager Susan Magee praised the support from the Rotary club.
“This will be a great help for many families that are struggling at
the moment with winter bills and other expenses,” she said.
CNCISS is available to all residents of Casey North and is located at
Suite S 1006, Overland Drive, Fountain Gate.
