BERWICK Fields Primary School celebrated their first Easter last week with 160 students taking part in an Easter Bonnet parade.
Prep teacher Lara Laverman said students at the newly opened school were very excited about the holiday season and had made some beautiful Easter hats with arts and craft materials.
Mrs Laverman said the preps had been lining up Easter eggs from big to small to learn about sizes and had also made Easter baskets and rabbits.
The Centre Road school also held an Easter raffle on Thursday, with a BMX bike as first prize and lots of chocolate for the other prizewinners.
