DOVETON Heights Primary School’s annual school production went off with a splash of glitter last Thursday night.
Students got dressed up in circus costumes to perform sketches for the concert, “The Great Glitter Circus”.
Doveton Heights Primary School assistant principal Jason Walker said each class performed a dance, linked with short sketches about the circus.
Grade six student Taylor Williams said glittered costumes, decorations, makeup and props made the Doveton Secondary College hall, where the concert was held, feel like a real circus.
“Kids from the whole school performed with magnificent dances, funny jokes, ventriloquist acts, tightrope walking and great clown acting,” Taylor said.
“The crowd was laughing their heads off while watching the funny circus performances of the prep to grade six students,” he said.
