A BURST water main kept the Narre Warren SES busy on Friday night, with the spray reaching eight metres.
Volunteers were called out to the flood in Mossvale Close in Endeavour Hills where water was pouring right out across the street.
Narre Warren SES media officer Kanny Lee said luckily there was no damage to any homes but one house experienced minor flooding in its backyard.
Ms Lee said the SES crew made the area safe until the Water Authority arrived and turned the water off.
The call out came after the SES had finished their second day helping Victorian Police in the search for missing Narre Warren teenager Glenn Birtwistle.
A passerby found him in Belgrave on Sunday night.
Ms Lee said on Saturday crews were again called out to Endeavour Hills to remove a tree branch in Primrose Hills Close.
Ms Lee said the limb had come loose in a previous storm and was hanging over a footpath.
She said the branch could have come down on any pedestrians using the path if it had not been removed.
