YOUNG scribes were busy putting pen to paper at an Endeavour Hills school last month when they took part in a writing competition.
The winners of Mossgiel Park Primary School’s young writers competition were recently announced with grade three student Erin Rollins and grade five student Jordan Sarkissian named overall winners.
Two students from each year level were also awarded for their writing efforts which included short stories, chapter stories and poems.
The competition was run as part of Numeracy and Literacy Week which was held earlier this month.
