GUEST speaker at the October Casey Business Development Group (CBDG) Ann Gambetta of Ann Gambetta and Associates discussed the elements of what contributed to a successful business.
Ms Gambetta also commended the group because she said it was part of a strong business network in the Berwick area.
She said her business was based at Croydon but did not have the same type of organisations.
“Berwick has this strong network that we do not see in other places and no one really knows why,” she said.
Ann, who speaks from experience, began a solo legal practice in a tiny room in 1986 and expanded to take over the building.
She said it was important to employ reliable staff.
“I can’t check everything that goes out but I have to be confident that it is right,” she said.
CBDG president Michelle Hext said the final breakfast for the year would be held at Olivers on Clyde on Wednesday, 6 December.
