A MAN has been charged for the second time with making threats to kill and stalking a Eumemmerring woman.
Narre Warren Police first charged the 28-year-old Hampton resident in September, and last Thursday charged him again with the same offences.
The man was also charged with breaching an intervention order. He was remanded in custody to appear in the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
Detective Senior Sergeant Ian Wilcox of Narre Warren CIU said the charges related to phone calls made in early September and again after the first charges were laid.
