CASEY Council rejected a request by Four Oaks Ward councillor Paul Richardson to invite Pearcedale resident Herbert Holt to address a council general purposes meeting.
Cr Richardson said Mr Holt would present a proposal to establish a motor cross track in Casey.
Casey mayor Kevin Bradford said Mr Holt had no idea of where the track would go.
“We have already allocated $5000 for a noise attenuation study on land that is available,” he said.
