POLICE have charged a 24-year-old man after two weeks of investigations into a house fire in Narre Warren.
The Narre Warren resident has been charged with two counts of arson, false imprisonment, making a threat to kill and cruelty to an animal.
The man is scheduled to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on 22 January, 2007.
