IT WAS a big day for AMY Hermans yesterday when she celebrated a very special birthday.
The Berwick girl celebrated turning 12 years old on 12/12/12 surrounded by her grandparents in Cranbourne and her close friends and family.
Her mother Ann-Marie said Amy already celebrated her birthday earlier this month with her friends and spent her real birthday escaping the heat and surrounded by her grandparents in Cranbourne, family members and beloved pets.
“Everyone is excited about her birthday – it’s not every day you turn 12 on 12/12/12. I never got a birthday like that,” she said.
“Amy’s known for a while that her birthday would fall on that day and has told everyone about it!”
