A MAN, his blue heelers and two ferrets were lucky to escape without injuries after a crash in Narre Warren on the weekend.
Emergency crews were called to a property on Fleetwood Drive at noon on Sunday after a man crashed his car into a house. The Narre Warren CFA, police, Ambulance Victoria and City of Casey workers attended the scene and assisted a man from his car before establishing that no residents were home at the time of the crash.
The driver of the vehicle was transferred to hospital by ambulance in a stable but dazed and shocked state.
