MEMBERS of the Berwick Probus Club gathered on Monday to welcome new president Chantell Fisher to the chair.
Outgoing President Frances Farrington wished the new committee the best of luck, before Ms Fisher took over and expressed her excitement for the year ahead. She also asked for the committees support throughout her term.
“A single head achieves nothing, so I am counting on you all to help achieve our goals,” she said.
Both new and old members will combine to form the committee, with hopes the year ahead is as successful as the last.
The Berwick Probus club recently made their annual donation to Windermere and will continue their fundraising efforts throughout the year.
Former President, Ms Farrington has remained part of the committee along with other former members of the group.
