THERE was no joke involved in a 1 April Berwick house burglary.
Thieves took only five minutes to kick in the front door of the County Drive property and steal an array of goods.
A neighbour watched as several men got out of a grey Mazda 323 about 8.20am and took part in the crime.
Five minutes later the men emerged from the house with a video player, stereo system and mini disc player valued at a total of $3000.
Anyone who may have seen the car or the men is asked to contact Narre Warren Police on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
