NARRE Warren detectives have charged a 16-year-old boy with 16 counts of car theft.
The Dandenong teenager has also been charged with 16 counts of driving while unlicensed. Police said the offences occurred between September last year and March 2007.
He has been bailed to appear before the Children’s Court on 11 May.
