CASEY Response Unit members have charged a man with 100 counts of theft of diesel fuel.
The 44-year-old Rosebud man was interviewed and charged last Friday over the theft, involving Linfox and Toll trucks.
Police said the incidents, which occurred over a two-year period, resulted in about $250,000 of fuel being stolen.
The man has been bailed to appear before the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 4 July.
