Fresh produce, autumn glory

THE location of Berwick Farmers’ Market, which will be held on Saturday 24 May, is particularly attractive with the trees coloured in their autumn leafy glory.
The lawns and the play castle are a delight for children and families. There is ample free parking and entrance is by a coin donation.
The organisers are keen to continue with their goal to add more stallholders, offering a range of over 40 different mixes of products, from their outstanding producers.
It is all there for you. A huge range of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices are available at the market. These products come direct from the farm to the market. Let your family enjoy the taste of freshly harvested farm produce.
Autumn is the time for hearty meals, and the market offers everything you need to make hot dishes, tasty casseroles and warming soups.
On offer is the best quality fresh vegetables with selections of delicious chicken, beef, fish, organic pork, porterhouse, schnitzel, sausages and gourmet pies, which will delight the whole family.
Tempting varieties of cheeses, oils, herbs, fruit juices and breads are all
available at the market. A wide selection of quality beer and wine is also on
sale. These high quality products offer shoppers great value for money.
A barbecue lunch with a hot coffee and great music from the jazz band will
complement your happy market visit.
Customers could get good buys from the regular stallholders, who offer their wide range farm fresh products. Added to these attractions is the genuine opportunity to get outstanding quality at a fair price.
Do visit us to “Enjoy the Experience”.
Rotary Club of Berwick Farmers’ Market is at The Old Cheese Factory, 34 Homestead Road, Berwick on Saturday 24 May 2014, 8am to 12.30pm.
