Round up for World Cup soccer skills

THE Socceroos’ admirable effort against Chile in the World Cup was only rivalled by the soccer fans who showed off their skills at Fountain Gate on Saturday.
Children visiting the shopping centre were able to take part in the Rebel Sport Kicking Zone where they were able to polish up their goal scoring skills in a one-day celebration of the Socceroos’ heroics in Brazil.
The kicking practice was preceded by a live screening of the Socceroos versus Chile match at which food stalls, seats and couches were set up for the adoring soccer fans.
News photographer ROB CAREW was at Fountain Gate to capture all the soccer tragics showing off their skills in honour of the green and gold.
