Congratulations to the students at Fountain Gate Secondary College who have had two significant achievements in the past week.
Students from the Problem Solving Team – Jessica, Liza, Emily, Paul, Blerim and Rocky – were awarded second place at the World Championships for their E.P.I.C. Project Encouraging Pride in the Community and for their plans to revitalise the Fountain located at Tinks Road and Princess Highway, Narre Warren.
Adding to this, students from the Ascension Aerobic Squad – Jessica, Liza, Emily, Shannon, Deb and Georgia (some of whom also belong to the Problem Solving Team) – will be representing Victoria in the Australian National Championships.
This is all under the leadership of principal Vicky Walkers and assistant principal and key driver Jodie Doble who should be applauded for creating opportunities for students who have so much ability and commitment.
Well done on two outstanding achievements and outstanding students.
