High achievers

By LACHLAN MOORHEAD

THE future would seem to be in good hands if the high achieving youth of Casey are anything to go by.
Nossal High School on Monday recognised the achievements of its students during the annual academic awards ceremony at its Berwick campus, attended by students, parents and staff.
Principal Roger Page said more than 100 students from all year levels were presented with certificates.
“The annual academic awards assembly highlights the breadth of academic talent in the school and acknowledges the work of staff and students, who achieve at consistently high levels across all areas of study,” he said.
“As an academically selective high school, many Nossal students perform at exceptionally high levels in specific subjects and these achievements will be noted and celebrated at the end-of-the-year Speech Night at the Robert Blackwood Hall.
“However, the academic assembly celebrates the achievements of students who consistently perform at top levels in all their subjects.”
