Police are hot on trail

THIEVES stole a car with a distinctive flame pattern on its bonnet from an Endeavour Hills home on 2 September.
On Monday police launched an appeal for information on the theft which occurred at a Power Road address between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
Thieves took a 1994 blue Holden Commodore sedan, which was parked and secured under a carport and was not fitted with a number plate.
Detectives urged anyone with information about the theft to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
