FOUR Oaks Ward candidate Ben Mammone will face court early next month on various stalking charges.
The 22yearold volunteer firefighter with Narre Warren North CFA will also face a charge of falsely reporting a fire, and is set to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 6 December.
The Narre Warren North resident will also appear in the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 13 December to answer three counts of stalking.
Mr Mammone confirmed the charges to the News.
“I can confirm that there are allegations pending at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court. At this point I can not comment further on these matters,” he said.
