A more cost-efficient way of dealing with graffiti would have been for the Mayor of Casey to call for public submissions on how to deal with the problem. Local solutions already exist for tackling graffiti.
Why hasn’t the Mayor of Casey given ratepayers the opportunity to recommend ideas for
eliminating the problem?
Moreover, why didn’t my Four Oaks Ward councillors, councillors Kaplon and Crestani,
like the mayor, make an effort to consult with the local community?
Councillors have a duty to use ratepayers revenue efficiently.

I hope that all these people genuinely want the estate to to be included in the growth plan to improve it. Because if this is about nothing more then getting a rezoning and making money off a sub-division … well …
