Elderly man critically injured after crash with bus

AN ELDERLY man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after his car crashed into a bus in Narre Warren South this morning.
The man was taken to The Alfred hospital about 10.55am after his car collided with the bus at the intersection of Ormond and Narre Warren-Cranbourne roads.
The victim remains in a critical condition but the driver of the bus and its sole passenger were uninjured in the crash.
Police have since cleared the scene.
