Youth, experience keep Cranbourne on track

CRANBOURNE batted first in its Turf One match against Coomoora and got to 4/78 before Daniel Diwell (30) and Steven Hall got together and pushed the score to 116.
At 6/123 Cranbourne could have capitulated, but youngster Shane Murdoch provided the spark with a magnificent knock of 69, helped by the experience of Matthew Moore, who made a valuable 30 in an 87-run partnership.
