A NARRE Warren woman has lost her licence after she was busted driving more than six times over the legal alcohol limit on Friday night, while a 12-year-old passenger was in the car.
Glen Waverley police were called in to stop a Hyundai hatchback which was seen swerving across the Monash Freeway in Malvern East near the Warrigal Road overpass about 6.50pm on Friday 18 September.
The officers pulled over the car and breath-tested the 42-year-old Narre Warren driver who returned a positive reading.
The woman and her 12-year-old passenger were then taken to the Glen Waverley police station where she was tested again and returned a reading of .323.
The woman had her licence suspended and she is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and traffic related offences.
