A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after a four-hour standoff with police at a Hampton Park property.
The Hampton Park man, who was in the home alone, surrendered peacefully to police at 1.25pm on Friday afternoon.
Officers had arrived at the Trawalla Court house to conduct a welfare check about 9.20am.
Following four hours of negotiations, the man was arrested and is currently helping police with their inquiries.
Siege ends peacefully
