Help for newcomers

A FORUM focusing on settlement issues and the provision of services for refugees and other new arrivals in Casey will be held at Balla Balla Community Centre from 9am to 2pm on Friday 9 November.
Managers and staff working with refugees and living in Casey and Cardinia, who want to learn more about new communities and cultures, are invited to attend.
The forum, presented by the South Eastern Region Migrant Resource Centre will discuss topics and issues in relation to the latest data from the Departments of Immigration and Citizenship and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
A panel of community members will talk about their settlement journey and answer questions from community.
