A brush with the best

AGAINST stiff competition, students from Narre Warren’s Paint a Pot took home several art awards at this year’s Royal Melbourne Show.
The ceramic painting studio’s Anna St Clair said her students were very successful, taking home first, second and third in one of the judging rounds.
“It was very impressive,” Ms St Clair said, adding that it was great when a “little out of the way place like Narre Warren beats all the top artists in the state”.
Paint a Pot teacher Henrietta St Clair also scooped numerous prizes at the show including ‘Best in Show’ for her artistic sunsets.
