A NARRE Warren man has been charged over the shooting at a Caulfield brothel in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The 26-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, of no fixed address, were charged on Thursday morning after its alleged several gun shots were fired at Club 859 on Glenhuntly Road just after 3am on Wednesday 30 March.
Detectives from the anti-bikie Echo taskforce are investigating the shooting which took place while there were six employees inside the brothel. None were injured.
The Narre Warren man has been charged with two counts of reckless conduct endangering life, two counts of reckless conduct endangering serious injury, and firearms, drug and theft related offences.
The woman was charged with theft, firearms, drug and traffic offences.
The pair were due to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday afternoon.
