LOCAL residents can enjoy a free community barbecue at Doveton’s Autumn Place later this month.
Last month’s event was a big success with more than 70 people enjoying the lunch only days before Christmas.
Organised by the team from The Dove and led by Pastor Levi Sanders, there is an array of activities on offer including games, face painting for the kids and the barbecue.
The next event will be held at Autumn Place Park on Sunday 20 January from 11am to 2pm.
