A PACK of around 20 to 30 teenage boys cornered two victims in a Berwick park and bashed and robbed them around 11.30pm on Saturday 20 August.
The late night gang attack on the two boys aged, 13 and 14, was carried out in a park in Greaves Road, Berwick.
The innocent victims were approached by the pack of males, described as “dark skinned”, aged around 14 to 16 and wearing hoods and hats, and punched in the face.
The gang demanded the pair’s wallets and mobile phones and one victim handed over his belongings before running away.
The pair ran in separate directions and were chased by the marauding gang.
One victim was chased down and kicked a number of times before being threatened with a knife.
Eventually the pair met up and got away on foot.
They suffered injuries from the assault.
Anyone with information on the attack is urged to call the Narre Warren police station on 9705 3111.
