Windy conditions and early season rust produced a scrappy affair in front of about 3000 local fans, but diehards were able to watch the likes of Adam McPhee, Dustin Fletcher and Adam Ramanauskas in action. Captain Matthew Lloyd was a notable absentee with a hamstring injury.
