An unknown man suffering from a shallow stab wound unexpectedly turned up at a house on Blue Gum Court in Narre Warren over the weekend.
The disoriented man, believed to be in his early forties, knocked on the door of a house about 6.20am on Sunday 5 February, but was not known to the residents.
The residents tended to the man’s wound as best as they could before calling an ambulance to the address, and the man was taken to hospital for observation.
The residents did not see any cars in the court, and believe the man walked to their door.
