NARRE Warren’s turf-three team visited HSD, lost the toss, batted and was bowled out for 39.
It was a different story in the field where HSD was six down before passing Narre Warren’s score.
Eventually at close of days play, HSD was all out for 77 with Michael Sigaras 3/23 and Matt Clarke 3/29.
In the second innings Narre Warren is 1/22 and still needing 16 runs to get to HSD scores.
Nathan King is 11 not-out and Martin Green two not-out.

Playing home against Doveton, Narre Warren took to the field opening with bowlers Travis Brinkmann and Jamie Heins.
Brinkmann bowled well during the day to pick up a well-earned 5/74 off 25 overs. Heins finished with 1/26 off five overs. Michael Teeuw bowled well again this week for 3/40 off 14 overs.
All the players did well in the field to get Doveton out for 173.
Given 21 overs to finish the day’s play, Narre Warren was 3/33 and needing another 160 runs this week, will have to bat well.

Needing a win to guarantee a finals’ berth, Narre Warren played the top side Lyndale and was superb with all players contributing.
Best of the bats were Matt Gordon with a sensational 67 that saved the side after a middle-order collapse and Gavin Maling who continued his great form with 55.
Having four overs to bowl Lyndale is 1/15 with Andrew Todd getting the wicket.

Venturing to play Coomoora in the final home-and-away game for the season, Narre Warren lost the toss and was sent into bat, losing its first wicket in the seventh over to be 1/19.
From this point, the team started to build partnerships with most of the bats reaching double figures.
Highlights of the batting were the return of form by Anthony Jayalath 51 not-out and superb knocks by Mitchell Arter 28 not-out, Jordan Muzzolini 28 and Jarryd Straker 22.
At compulsory close, Narre Warren had reached 5/166.

Playing Narre North at Sweeney 2, the Blacks won the toss and batted first.
On a very lively wicket, the team did well in making 96 after 24 overs.
Best bats for the night were Cameron Fernando 12, Matthew Christou nine and Caleb Johnston six.
Narre North then batted making 97.
Tom Marshall kept wicket and did an excellent job.
Overall the Blacks did well in the field. Best bowlers for the night were Callum Sigaras (0/6 off two overs), Travis Healy (3/9 off three overs) and Nicholas Lane (0/6 off two overs).

Playing Cranbourne, Narre Warren was behind the eight ball right from the start with only six players and after getting a couple of fill-ins and some generous assistance from the Cranbourne players helping out in the field, the game was able to get started.
Captain for the week, Veroch Handunpathirana won the toss and elected to bat first.
All the boys batted well and set a competitive total. In very difficult windy conditions, all the bowlers bowled well, and were well supported in the field.
Best: Dylan Alexander, Yasith Don, Swetha Ranashinge and Demitha Ranashinge.
