A Clyde North resident may be Australia’s newest millionaire and not even know it after an unregistered Tattslotto ticket snatched the division one prize on Monday 10 April.
Tatts are urging residents in Clyde North and surrounding areas who bought a ticket from JMJ News in the Selandra Rise Shopping Centre to check their numbers.
JMJ News only opened 17 months ago and store owners Joseph and Mary Annam are thrilled to have sold their first division one $1,000,000 Tattslotto ticket.
“We couldn’t be happier to have a new millionaire in our clientele at our new store,” Mr Annam said.
“It’s very promising news for our customers and I’m sure many of them will be excited and come in to check their tickets to see if it’s them.”
Tatts spokesperson Claire Taylor said it was now a waiting game for the mystery winner to check their ticket and discover the dream-come-true news.
“Chances are the winner is still in the dark about their newly-minted millionaire status,” she said.
“That’s why we’re encouraging Clyde North shoppers who purchased a Monday Lotto entry to check their ticket as soon as possible.”
“If you think you may have the division one winning entry, we recommend you keep your ticket in a safe place and contact Tatts immediately on 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.”
The six winning numbers in Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw 3650 on Monday 10 April 2017 were 15, 35, 29, 37, 6 and 10. The supplementary numbers were 32 and 36.
